What do we eat?

So I came up with this crazy idea that people might like to see what we eat down here.  I’m wondering about the whole notion of it right now, but maybe you’ll find it strangely fascinating to see what meals we eat here at McMurdo.

Next year I may find our complete menu (as said it rotates about every 3 weeks) and try and get pictures of each meal.  I’ll have to work on a better way to get pictures of it, as these pictures make the food look disgusting!  Really it’s not as bad as the pictures look, but it’s interesting.

Oh, btw, I still plan on doing a mini video walkthrough of the town on my website, but I’m not sure if that’s going to happen till after I leave the ice.
